A Pool for Kids?

Located in the heart of Phnom Penh, there lies a beat-up stadium called Olympic. Used often for Soccer matches, this venue is heavily visited in the evenings and mornings for routine excercising as well. It's quite entertaining to watch the Cambodian style jazzercise. Check out this video here

On the backside of the stadium is a pool. It's an ordinary pool, olympic size complete with diving boards and platforms. The difference between this pool and the rest is the lack of regulations and the proper staff to ensure the safety of those swimming. There are a few "employees" watching over things, but they seem more interested in chatting it up with their friends then watching to see if someone lands on another while perilously jumping off the diving platform. It's crazy really. Watching for 15 minutes or so, I could count five close calls. No one blinks an eye.
